Use: 

• Add one teaspoon for a single dose and allow 45 minutes to 2hrs for the effect to set in. The honey will work just as regular honey and can be mixed with almost anything.
• Add to tea, coffee, or smoothies as a natural sweetener, as well as in cooking and baking as a healthier alternative to refined sugar.
• Apply directly to the skin for its antibacterial and moisturizing properties.
• If crystallized, place the jar in warm water and stir until dissolved.

Storage:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep the lid tightly sealed to prevent moisture and air from entering. Avoid refrigeration to prevent crystallization.
